  1. BOOKING

Booking of services can be done through the form on the website or by phone. Confirmation of booking will be sent to you as a phone notification or an email.

2. VISIT
During the first visit to the clinic, the patient must show their ID and fill out a questionnaire and specify contact details: date of birth, phone number and email.

3. DEPOSIT
When booking services, you will be charged a deposit of $50. The amount is charged at the time of advance booking online or by phone. The deposit amount is included in the cost of the future procedure. Should the patient refuse to conduct the procedure after consultation, the deposit is found to be refundable.

4. CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge 24 hours or more before the booked time, without having to transfer another deposit. Any changes or cancellations made within this 24-hour time frame will result in the loss of the pending deposit. To reserve any new dates, the client will be required to provide another deposit in the amount of $50.

 5. LATE ARRIVAL.

We kindly ask clients to notify our clinic about any late arrivals. Any delays exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice may result in the cancellation of the appointment. In this case, the deposit will be lost. Should the delay be without prior notice, the deposit is found to be non-refundable.

6. CONSULTATIONS

Consultation of specialists is free of charge. Consultation is no more than 15 minutes. At the discretion of the specialist, the procedure may be conducted on the day of the consultation, if time permits.
